We were referred to Mike by a friend during our search for financing for our first house.

When you work with Mike, you're working with someone who is going to try to get you the best deal that he can, but he's also going to keep it real with you given market conditions and other factors that impact things like rates. Mike is also a proactive communicator, which was one of the biggest pros to working with him. We were previously in contact with another lender, and it was night and day. Whereas we could never get a timely response from the other lender, Mike would regularly reach out to us (sometimes daily, especially towards the end of the process) to see if we had any questions or concerns.

Alongside Mike is a wonderful team as well. While Mike is the point man, his colleagues were also key to the process and an absolute pleasure to work with. When Mike wasn't immediately available, I was always able to reach a member of his team with any of my questions.
