Senior Loan Officer

James has been in the industry nearly as long as Michael except for he spent much of his time behind the scenes, back of house essentially working with underwriting and processing teams. His underwriting knowledge includes helping lead some of the top mortgage companies in California and continues to do so for APM. His background and understanding of conventional, government, jumbo and specialty products is superior to most as he is truly at times the brain behind the operation. James has been in the industry as a backbone to several companies for nearly twenty years, helping those in his community and working with guidelines throughout 48 states.​

In James' free time, he enjoys time at the gym, sports, kayaking, sailing and traveling as well as time with his wife, who is another industry leader and their three dogs.​

Community efforts include: Working with the homeless throughout Northern California through numerous shelters.
